Now let’s look into the leading sides – another important measure of an agent’s productivity. In 2024 eXp Realty’s Lori Adamson topped the chart with 271 sides to her credit. Brian Copland and Artemisa Boston follow, with a commendable 196 and 185 sides respectively.
In terms of teams, the leader in sides was the Pemberton Home Teams led by Parker Pemberton, based in Lakeville, Minnesota. They boast an impressive 1,204 sides and a sales volume of $447,905,617.33 for the year, indicating how dedicated teamwork can produce extraordinary results.
This trend of exceptional performance continued with the Franklin Team out of Houston and the Align Team from Hoboken, NJ, showcasing yet more successful endeavors in the bustling world of real estate.
